Shipping policy

We ship from Chilliwack, BC. Prices are calculated at checkout based on your location and speed of delivery. Please note that carriers do not ship on weekends or holidays, so your quoted delivery days are business days only, from the time of fulfillment.

We offer in-person purchase and guidance at our showroom space, by appointment only. Book your complimentary sculpt drop-in visit here.

Do you ship outside Canada?

At this time, we only ship within Canada. We look forward to expanding internationally in the future.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped out that will contain a tracking number so you can track your Eleva wellness right to your door!

Please note shipping times at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as carrier delays can sometimes occur. Carriers do not operate/deliver on the weekends and shipping estimates are business days only.

Returns & exchanges

Due to the nature of wellness products and to ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety, returns and exchanges cannot be honored. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped so you can track your Eleva Wellness right to your door.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your items arrive damaged or incorrect: Contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue for faster resolution. We will replace or refund the item as necessary. Thank you for choosing Eleva Wellness to elevate your natural rhythm.

 

Refund policy

Due to the nature of wellness products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@elevawellness.ca within 7 days for resolution.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this website or make a purchase.

By using our site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.


Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. 

Payment is required at the time of purchase.

We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods.

All payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your payment details.
